The Neighbourhood Plan has now reached the stage where has been submitted to Torridge District Council for consultation, prior to being submitted to the Government Inspector for independent examination.

As a result of the delay in finalising the Torridge District Local Plan the Neighbourhood Plan timetable has been amended and expanded to take advantage of the longer development period now available.
